We are a federation of 12 GP practices in the area, working together at scale to deliver high quality patient-focused healthcare to our population of around 116,000 patients.
Enhanced Access
We offer pre-bookable (via your GP practice) primary care appointments with a GP, Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Practice Nurses or Clinical Pharmacists outside normal working hours.
The use of AI in Consultations
We’re introducing AI technology into some of our consultations to help improve the quality of your care.
Our clinicians may use Heidi AI to support them in documenting your appointment more efficiently – so they can focus more on you and less on typing notes.
If you’d prefer not to have AI used during your consultation, kindly inform the clinician at the beginning of your appointment
Call Recording
Please be aware that all telephone calls, including consultations, are routinely recorded for training and monitoring purposes.
These recordings help us maintain high standards of care and continuously improve our services.

Pharmacy First
The Pharmacy First Service gives you the option of visiting your local pharmacist for minor ailments, the advice is always free and where necessary they are able to supply medicines (free of charge to those exempt from prescription charges).
The service reduces the need for you to make an appointment with your local GP, use an out of hours NHS service or visit A&E. This means when you have a common condition you can visit your local pharmacy.
